The physical therapy program at the Center for Balance, Mobility and Wellness combines evidence-based practices with innovative treatment approaches to improve patient mobility and overall functional performance. The ongoing success of our program stems from our expert therapists and their understanding of patient needs and ability to direct effective plans of care. If you’re experiencing dizziness, think you may have a balance or mobility problem, are fearful of falling or simply want to understand how to improve and promote healthy balance for active aging, we are here to assist you.
